The Riviera Palm Springs pairs its midcentury bones with ballrooms and outdoor lawns that photograph beautifully in daylight and after dark, once the pool deck lights come up. Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa, set against the San Jacinto Mountains, gives us meeting spaces and golf-course backdrops in the same afternoon — useful when a client wants both boardroom shots and something a little more resort-glam.
