Shooting headshots for 200-plus team members in a single day is as much a logistics challenge as it is a photography one, and this project — the third batch in a larger Paparazzi Accessories collection — shows what that kind of scale actually looks like. Rather than one photographer working through a long line, we brought in a team of five associate shooters working in parallel, which kept the pace moving without sacrificing consistency from one headshot to the next.
Consistency is the real challenge in a shoot this size: the lighting setup, the framing, the backdrop, even the posing direction all need to stay uniform across dozens of individual sessions so the final collection reads as one cohesive set rather than a patchwork from different photographers. Every subject gets the same clean, professional treatment, whether they’re the fifth person through the door or the hundred-and-fiftieth.
The payoff for a company running a shoot like this is a full roster of headshots that all match — same tone, same quality, same polish — ready to drop into a directory, a website, or a set of business cards without anyone looking out of place next to their colleagues.
